Got these installed and I'm working on getting them fully integrated into my home assistant setup, the installation was really easy and couldn't ask for better customer service. The remote takes a little getting used to but I don't think we will be using it much. One issue we ran into was making sure that you measure the window opening really well, front and back, top middle and bottom - our window cutouts weren't all square and I ended up sanding some paint down to get them to fit so make sure to really get some accurate measurements.

I recently purchased one of their shades, intentionally wanting the smart motor functionality to link to our home smart system. After I received it, I installed and wasn't able to get the shade to respond to any of my initialization steps. I contacted customer service and they immediately indicated they would send me a replacement motor. I responded to them mentioning that my original plans to was purchase the smart motor version but was not able to at the time of purchase. They were very happy to send me a smart motor as a replacement for the motor I had and provided a very easy way to pay the difference .I was happy to do this since I wanted the smart motor to begin with.They provided a very clear video on how to replace the motor. I replaced the motor, reinstalled the shade into the window, and everything worked wonderfully. The instructions for setting up the remote and connecting the shades to our home smart system were clear and worked great.With the one shade purchased, installed, and running great, I was ready to purchase the same shade for two other windows in our basement. I have reached out to their customer service 2-3 more times with questions and their responses have been quick (within 24 hours), respectful, and always customer-focused. They provided a discount code for my next purchase and have been extremely pleased with their responses and instructions. I'm definitely buying more shades from them.

we love our new roller shades! They are exactly what we ordered, and my husband had all four of them in place within a few hours. It did take a while to get them. Communication was ongoing with different people most times. This could be confusing, unless you stay on top of it. But, so far, we love them. I do believe they are made in another country though. Hopefully, that won't be an issue, if I need any repairs.

First off, just let me say that I don't write reviews. These beasen blinds were simple to install, look the way I was expecting them to look, for exactly the way I expected them to fit, and any issue I came across was easily handled by their customer service.I'm pretty novice when it comes to putting up smart blinds. beasen support walked me through each stumbling block I had. They were responsive to me emails and I had a reply within a day (obvernight).Some of my stumbling blocks-Initially bought a echo dot 4th gen when I needed the echo 4th gen.-when trying to connect the blonds yo the echo the blinds were too far away to connect. I moved the echo closer.-shades didn't respond to commands initially. Set up routines in Alexa and now we are running at full speed.I would recommend this product to any DIY individual looking for smart blinds in there house. Not only is the product great but their customer service was awesome.Can't say enough about how happy I am with their attentive service. Thank You!

The blinds look and work great with the remote or smart home (I used HomeKit). A piece was broken when it arrived, but they quickly sent a replacement piece and it worked fine.
