Works Perfectly with Your Smart Home
To enjoy full Matter performance, you need a device that supports both a Thread Border Router and a Matter Controller. A single HomePod mini, for example, can handle both and instantly make your Beasen shades work with Apple Home.
If you want to control shades across multiple platforms at the same time, each platform needs its own Matter Controller. Once paired with Apple Home, you can easily share the setup code to an Echo device to add Alexa control.
Note: The Thread Border Router is required only once for the entire home. Every additional platform simply needs its own Matter Controller.
Compatible with Devices You Already Own
Beasen Matter over Thread shades work with the smart devices you already have at home. Most setups only need one device that acts as both a Thread Border Router and Matter Controller — such as a HomePod mini, Echo Show 5/8/10, Nest Hub, or SmartThings Hub. Once paired, you can easily add control from Apple Home, Alexa, Google Assistant, or SmartThings without buying any extra hardware. For multi-platform use, each additional platform simply needs its own Matter Controller. It’s designed to be simple, fast, and future-ready.
