When you choose Beasen blinds & shades, our goal is to give you the best experience, from the moment you pick out your swatches to the second you step back to admire your newly covered windows and beyond. Our warranties represent our dedication to making sure that your new look lasts.
What is covered
Components and brackets
Up to 3 years: Parts replaced at no charge.
After 3 years: $10 charge for parts.
Motorization
Motorization
After 3 years: All materials can lose original intensity depending on use.
This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered after 3 years.
Internal mechanisms
Up to 3 years: Product remade at no charge.
After 3 years: Fabric and slats/vanes are considered wearable items and are not covered after 3 years.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear Any product that fails due to:
• Abuse • Exposure to salt air • Improper installation
• Accident • Extraordinary use • Improper operation
• Alterations • Improper cleaning • Misapplication
• Damage from pets/insects • Improper handling • Misuse
Any product that, with the passage of time, exhibits:
• Loss of color intensity (including, but not limited to fabric, plastic parts, and wood finishes)
• Loss of pleating if product is not held in raised position a portion of the time
• Yellowing or cracking of plastic parts or faux wood product
• Creeping, sagging, or billowing of cordless product that is not properly raised and lowered daily
Natural material (including, but not limited to wood, grass, jute, reeds) products that have:
• Variation in color, grain, or texture
• Warping or cracking of wood slats in high-humidity and/or in high-heat areas
Costs associated with:
• Product removal • Transportation to and from the retailer • Shipping
• Product remeasure • Incidental or consequential damages • Brand label removal
• Product reinstallation
"In the event there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective blind /
shade will be replaced."

Warranty Remedy
THIS SHALL BE YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY
If this Beasen product is found to have a manufacturing defect
in materials or workmanship, we will (at our discretion) do one
of the following:
• Repair the product • Replace the product • Refund the cost of the product
• Colors vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatch or previous purchases
• Discontinued items or color selections will be replaced with
the closest equivalent current product
To report shipping damage
If damage occurred during shipping, call 1-800-608-8117 and report within 14 calendar days of delivery or you may be denied credit for your damaged product.
Your rights under state law
This limited lifetime warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state/province to province. The obligations of Beasen Home is limited to the replacement or repair of parts or products found to be defective. It is at the sole discretion of Beasen Home to determine whether product will be replaced or repaired.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WRITTEN OR ORAL WARRANTIES OR OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR ANY PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY TERM APPLICABLE TO SUCH PRODUCT AS SET FORTH ABOVE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
No person is authorized to extend or alter this warranty. No agent, representative, dealer, or unauthorized employee has the authority to increase or alter the obligation of this warranty. This limited lifetime warranty supersedes any previous versions.
